Ownership of deliverables
Client-specific deliverables are owned by the client subject to the signed engagement contract, including any agreed rights in pre-existing methods or materials.
No resale of client information
Shrava does not sell client information or use it to create public client claims without permission.
Professional-services limitations
Shrava provides strategic and commercial advisory. Legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, audit, insurance and other regulated opinions remain with qualified client-appointed professionals.
